Final grades are typically processed 7 business days after your course ends. Once the Teaching Institution (TI) submits your grade in Acadeum Course Share (ACS), you will receive an email from support@acadeum.com with the subject: "[Student Name], your grade has been posted!"

When Can I Expect My Final Grade?
Grades are generally finalized within 7 business days of the course end date.
The Notification: You will receive an automated email ("[Student Name], your grade has been posted!") as soon as the Teaching Institution (TI) enters your grade in ACS.
The Transcript: After the grade is posted in Acadeum Course Share, your Home Institution (HI) must then process it. It may take additional time for the grade to appear on your official school transcript.
How Do I Appeal a Final Grade?
If you have a question about a specific grade or wish to start a formal appeal, you must follow this order of communication:
The Instructor: Email your instructor at the Teaching Institution directly to discuss the grade.

The Teaching Student Contact (TSC): If the instructor does not respond within 2 business days, contact the TSC at the Teaching Institution.
To find your TSC's contact information, please refer to your Enrollment Acceptance email (Subject: "[Student Name], your enrollment was accepted!").
Your Home Institution (HI): If the matter is not resolved by the Teaching Institution, contact your Academic Advisor or Registrar at your Home Institution. See "When to Contact Your Home Institution" for details.
Note: Acadeum Support cannot change grades or overturn academic decisions. All grade changes must be initiated by the Teaching Institution and approved by your Home Institution.
Why Do I Need to Request a Transcript for Transfer Enrollments?
If you are in a Transfer Enrollment, your grade does not automatically transfer to your home school's records. You are responsible for the following:
Check your student email for: "A reminder to request an official transcript."
Follow the link in that email to the Teaching Institution’s transcript portal.
Note: Your Home Institution cannot process your credit until they receive this official transcript from the Teaching Institution.
