When to Contact Your Home Institution (Your School)
Contact your Home Institution (HI) for questions regarding how the course fits your degree plan, financial aid, or official transcripts.
Advisor or Registrar: Your first point of contact should be your academic advisor or the Registrar’s office. Reach out via their standard office channels.
Enrolling Student Contact (ESC): If your advisor is unavailable, your school has a designated Acadeum lead called the ESC.
To find your ESC contact information:
Log in to your Acadeum Student App account
Click Menu in the top right corner
Select Contact my Institution
A window will display the name and email for your school’s ESC
When to Contact the Teaching Institution (The School Offering the Course)
Contact the Teaching Institution (TI) for questions about course content, the syllabus, final grades, instructor communication, or accessing the course platform (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle).
To find your Teaching Institution contact:
Search your school email for "Acadeum"
Open the email with the subject: "[Student Name], your enrollment was accepted!"
Locate the Welcome section of the email
Use the specific contact listed for Technical Support (for login issues) or Teaching Student Contact (for course questions)
Note: Acadeum Support cannot grant you access to Canvas or Blackboard; only the Teaching Institution can provide course logins.

You should reach out to the Acadeum Support team for assistance with the following:
Technical Issues: You encounter a bug, error message, or login issue within the Acadeum Student App
Course Sourcing: You need help finding a specific course or section that isn't currently appearing in your search results
Communication Gaps: You are having trouble getting in touch with the Teaching Institution (TI) regarding your course access or syllabus
General Platform Navigation: You need help understanding how to use specific features of the Student App
