Final Grades: Grades are visible only after the Teaching Institution (TI) has finalized them in the platform.
Official Records: The grades displayed here are for your convenience. Your Home Institution’s official transcript is the final authority for credits earned.

Accessing the Registration and Grade History Page
To view your past course registrations and earned credits:
Click here to log in to the Student App
Click the Menu icon in the upper-right corner
Select Registration and Grade History from the drop-down menu
Enrollment Status Definitions
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Requested | Your enrollment request is awaiting approval from either your Home Institution or the Teaching Institution. |
| Completed | The course has finished, and your final grade and credits have been recorded. |
| Denied | Your request was declined by either your Home Institution (HI) or the Teaching Institution (TI) offering the course. Contact your HI for specific details. Click here to learn how to contact your institution. |
| Expired | The enrollment request was not approved or denied before the session’s registration deadline. |
Viewing Course Details And Grades
If you need specific information regarding a past enrollment, such as the specific term dates or the final grade earned:
Locate the course card in your Registration and Grade History list
Click See Details
Review the Course Details section for the final grade and/or Your Section for the specific term dates
If you have questions about your grade, please see "Who Should I Contact for Help?" for details.
Tip: If your course has ended but the status does not yet show "Completed," the instructor may still be processing final grades. Check back 5–7 business days after the course end date.
