Who can help me with Acadeum questions at my school?
As a first step, you can talk with your Advisor or Registrar. Please reach out to them however you would normally contact them--this is probably by phone, email, or stopping by their office.
If they are not available, your school's main point of contact for questions about Acadeum is called the Enrolling Student Contact or ESC.
If you don't not know who this is at your school, this is listed on Acadeum. Here's how to find it:
- After logging in to Acadeum Course Share, click Menu in the top right of the screen.
- In the drop-down menu that appears, click Contact my Institution.
- A window will appear with the contact information for your school's ESC.
Who can help at the school teaching my Acadeum Course?
The best way to know who can help you at your Teaching Institution is by checking the Welcome section of your Acadeum emails. You can check your "Enrollment acceptance" notification, your "Do you have your login" notification, or your "Your class starts today" notification. All of these include contact information for the school that is teaching your Acadeum course.
Keep in mind that the welcome information may list more than one contact person. One might be for login issues, one might be for other questions, etc. If this is the case, reach out to the one that best fits your question.
If I don't hear back in a couple days, who can help me?
You can reach out to the Acadeum Support team by emailing support@acadeum.com from your school email or by clicking the Help button in the bottom right of the screen.
Keep in mind that we may need to connect you with someone else to assist, or we may be able to assist you directly. It depends on your question and what is needed. Either way, we will do our best to receive a response and are helped!
